These Terms govern your access to and use of Igloo Parking’s website, mobile application, and related services. By using Igloo Parking, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Igloo Parking helps riders discover and book parking spaces offered by hosts. Hosts are responsible for the accuracy, availability, safety, and legal use of their listings. Igloo Parking provides the technology that connects riders and hosts and is not the owner or operator of listed parking spaces.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the service only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

3. Bookings and payments

Booking prices, duration, applicable charges, and any cancellation terms are shown before confirmation. You agree to pay the amounts presented for bookings you make. Hosts agree to honour confirmed bookings and keep availability information current.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, provide fraudulent information, interfere with another user’s booking, damage property, attempt unauthorized access, or use Igloo Parking for unlawful activity.

5. Safety and disputes

Users must follow posted rules, traffic laws, and reasonable safety instructions. Report booking or safety concerns through the support channels in the app. We may investigate complaints, restrict accounts, or remove listings when reasonably necessary.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and information accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every listing will meet every user’s needs. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Changes and termination

We may update the service or these Terms and will publish the revised date on this page. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access when these Terms are breached or when needed to protect users or the service.
